At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of our prepaid return labels.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure accurate tracking and processing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unused merchandise, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
